Freight Handler / Warehouse Associate / Unloader 2nd Shift Job Summary: We are currently seeking Warehouse General Labor/Dock Workers to join our team at our Distribution center in Redlands, California. As a warehouse worker/freight handler/material handler, you will be responsible for placing products onto pallets in preparation for storage. The position has a base rate of $17.00 per hour plus incentive pay with average associates earning $22.00-$24.00 per hour. The more efficiently you work, the more you earn per hour. SHIFT: 2nd shift, Monday to Friday 12pm - 7pm Qualifications Ability to lift at least 35-51 lbs unassisted Experience in warehouse operations is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals Team player with excellent communication skills Willingness to work first shift from Monday to Friday with occasional overtime during peak seasons Responsibilities Load and unload freight in a safe and efficient manner Operate equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, and reach trucks as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks Follow all safety protocols and procedures Additional Information Humano provides daily pay options and opportunities for career growth within the organization Referral bonuses available for bringing in new hires We are an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and conduct pre-employment screenings #J-18808-Ljbffr
