Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Monday–Friday, Normal Business Hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services in an outpatient clinic setting within a hospital environment
Deliver care across a patient population with emphasis on orthopedic and neurological conditions
Document patient progress and clinical notes using Cerner EMR
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Maintain compliance with facility dress code and professional standards throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of North Carolina (or compact eligibility)
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to Cerner EMR
Compliance with facility dress code: any color scrubs (no denim, no cartoon prints), or khaki slacks with a polo shirt; no artificial nails or SNS nails exceeding ¼ inch in length

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience in orthopedic physical therapy
Experience in neurological physical therapy
Prior experience in a hospital-based outpatient clinic setting
