Safety Coordinator – 2nd Shift
Location: Madera, CA
Pay: $20.00 per hour + applicable shift differential
Schedule: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and organized Safety Coordinator to support workplace safety initiatives at a food manufacturing and processing facility in Madera.
This position reports to Human Resources and will primarily focus on employee safety training, workplace inspections, incident investigations, safety documentation, PPE compliance, hazard identification, and supporting the continued development of the company’s safety program.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable working in a production environment, and able to communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, and management.

Schedule Requirements
The regular schedule for this position will be 3:00 PM–11:30 PM after completion of training .
Candidates must have flexible availability to occasionally work outside of their regular shift to conduct safety training, audits, drills, and other safety activities across shifts.
Pay: $20.00 per hour plus applicable shift differential.
