This role is essential to the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring materials are accurately handled, stored, and distributed to support production and shipping timelines. The ideal candidate has forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMove and handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the facilityAccurately issue materials to production lines and stock as neededPerform cycle counts of raw materialsPick, stage, and load finished goods accuratelyVerify shipments and ensure loads are correct and properly combinedEnsure finished goods are handled with care and loaded correctlyWeigh and prepare scrap materials for pickupSafely operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentPerform additional duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious warehouse experience requiredForklift experience requiredAbility to safely operate material handling equipmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shiftDependable attendance and strong teamwork skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive pay and excellent benefits packageOpportunities for career growth and advancementStable schedules with consistent overtime opportunitiesSupportive, team-oriented work environment
