Entry-Level B2B Sales Account Executive

Location: Rutherford, NJ

Schedule: Full-Time | 5 Days In Office

We’re partnering with a growing logistics and supply chain company in Rutherford, NJ that is hiring for its B2B sales team.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is competitive, coachable, comfortable talking to people, and motivated by performance-based growth.

Former high school, college, and professional athletes are strongly encouraged to apply , but athletic experience is not required . Candidates from hospitality, coaching, retail, customer service, and other competitive or people-facing backgrounds can also be a strong fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prospecting and reaching out to small and mid-sized businesses
• Making outbound calls and building new client relationships
• Learning how businesses currently handle shipping and logistics
• Identifying opportunities to improve cost, service, and efficiency
• Managing your own territory and growing a book of business
• Following a structured sales process and working toward clear performance goals

Prior sales experience is not required.

Compensation

• $65K base salary
• $85K–$95K+ Year 1 OTE
• $95K–$120K+ Year 2 and beyond
• Uncapped residual commission
